Hosting communities host young people and adults - men and women - who live various situations of distress related to different kinds of addictions: drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling, internet, eating disorders, etc…

A peculiar characteristic of these communities is to be a great family open to all who wish to experience life renewed by love. Everyone - workers, managers, street children, young people discerning their vocation - is committed to grow in the art of loving, supported by an educational program of self-knowledge and inner healing, knowing that everyone can be a gift for the others.

Besides, the communities take care of street work as well as several other activities such as phone support, service for social secretariat and guidance interviews, prevention and awareness meetings in schools, human training, prevention training - entertainment, artistic and recreational activities, spirituality groups, missions on the road..

Headquarters

On 13th May 1997 we opened the hosting Community in Piglio, inside a beutiful Franciscan monastery.casa_cei Nowadays the Community host about seventy people, both men and women. All walking along a path of inner healing: some go through the stages of the educational-rehabilitation program to get rid of old and new forms of addiction, while others voluntarily agree to cover the same training path in order to give their contribution to help the Community in multiple ways.

The community at Piglio has become the "headquarters" of the Association.
